While there are dozens of recruiting techniques and strategies being taught, there are really only TWO ways you can sponsor new people and grow your team.
One…
Actively approach people yourself.
Two…
Have them reach out to you.
The first basically means prospecting.
Which takes a lot of time, manual labor, and requires you to have a THICK skin… ’cause you’ll face quite a bit of rejection.
I know, it’s hard to believe, but most folks only give lip service to the idea of making more dough and changing their lives.
But when push comes to shove…
Well, they don’t really want to get their butt off the couch and do anything different. (I’m sure you’ve come across a few of them)
Which is why you’ll often hear a “NO” from most.
However…
The other way (where you get them to reach out to you)… you don’t need to spend a whole lot of time.
There’s no real “manual labor” because you don’t need to pick up the phone and call people, or try to hit ’em up on Facebook.
And you don’t need a thick skin since there’s NO REJECTION.
Remember…
They reach out to YOU, not the other way around.
So how do you do this?
By using attraction marketing instead of hard core prospecting.
By having a system, that leverages basic principles of marketing and advertising, and finds qualified prospects for you to cherry pick from.
And by qualified, I’m talking’ about individuals who have both shown high level of interest in pursuing a business opportunity…and are much more likely to join your team.
Now, isn’t that a much better way to build your business?
I think so too.
And you can learn exactly how to do this inside Attraction Marketing Formula.
